we Have put some policies in place to best protect You and our stylists. we ask that all You become acquainted with the policies below before coming in for an appointment.

Our Appointment Procedures

  • Appointments must be made in advance. No walk-ins! Please request an appointment through the form on the Book Now page.

  • Phone consultations are required for all new color clients to allow the stylist to properly prepare for and schedule your appointment.

  • For the enjoyment of your salon experience and relaxation of other guests, children under the age of 7 are not permitted in the salon.

  • Please note: Cash gratuity is preferred, and we provide envelopes at the front desk for your convenience.

Our Booking & Cancellation Policy:

  • A credit card is required upon booking for all appointments at CharlieBrigitte Hair. 

  • Due to our appointment-only scheduling, we kindly ask any cancellations or rescheduling of color appointments to be made 48 hours in advance of the originally scheduled appointment time. We have the right to deny repeated no shows and people who abuse appointment times.

  • All color appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the originally scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of their booked services.

  • “No shows” and “no calls” will be charged 100% of their booked services. We have a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. After the grace period, you will be considered a “no show.” If you arrive, your appointment will be up to your stylist’s discretion, and you may be charged up to 100% of your booked service.

  • Your card on file will not be charged if you cancel or reschedule your color appointment before the 48 hour period. If you’re unsure, please just call or email us with ample time ahead of your appointment!

  • We strive to give you your dream hair, always! However, if there is something you’d like to change about your hair after your service, we are more than happy to correct any services if notified within 7 days of the original appointment. Due to the time spent & product used, we cannot offer refunds on any services.

  • A 5% cost of goods rate that is applied to all service transactions. The purpose of this rate is to support our salon with product & shipping costs, providing luxury amenities, & technology costs so we can continue to offer you the very best in-salon experience :)

As a salon, we customize each appointment to your specific needs and goals, and we love taking the time to connect with you & offer you our full attention :)

For that reason, Please understand that when you no-show or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time as we are a small boutique salon and do not double book any of our services.
